Tried to upgrade account, was charged twice ($30), but still getting error that I need to upgrade

How can I get in contact with Appwrite? I cancelled my subscription but they still charged me after my cancelation.

I understand that they cannot change, but what about where they are created? Is that supposed to be able to be changed when creating a project?
